Fairfield Cheese Co is an independent retailer dedicated to bringing artisanal and farmstead cheese and specialty foods to Fairfield and the surrounding area.
Established in 2009 Fairfield Cheese Company is a collaboration between longtime Fairfield residents, Chris Palumbo and Laura Downey. Fairfield Cheese Company has been named "Best Cheese Selection in CT" by Connecticut Magazine for 2011 & 2012 and was recently mentioned by cheese expert Laura Werlin, on Food & Wine Magazine's website, as a top five place to buy cheese in the US.
